What is ePanel?
ePanel is the control panel for websites built and managed by Echo Technology. You sign in to update your website's content, see how it is performing and manage enquiries, without editing code.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is a plain form with clear labels. Echo sets up your site, modules and connections, and every module has a step-by-step guide inside ePanel.
Can I break my website?
ePanel changes your content, not your site's design or code. Switching an item's Active setting off hides it from your website without deleting it, and blog posts stay drafts until you publish them. Deleting is permanent, so ePanel asks you to confirm first.
Can I use ePanel with my existing website?
Talk to Echo. A website has to be built or updated to read its content from ePanel, so Echo reviews your site and connects it with its own server-side key.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. Echo creates sign-ins for your team, so no one shares a password, and can send a reset link if someone is locked out.
How is my account kept secure?
Sign-in supports two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. It is required for Echo administrators and can be required for your team. Each connected website uses its own key, limited to the content that site needs.
Which reports can I see?
With ePanel's analytics installed on your site, you can see pageviews and visitors. Where they are set up, you can also see Google Analytics 4 traffic, enquiries and where they came from, Google Ads spend against qualified leads, and Timely booking matches.
What if I need something ePanel doesn't have?
Echo can build a custom module for content that is specific to your business, with its own fields, and connect it to your website.
